James Rodriguez: "Bayern Munich can win the treble this season"
Bayern became the first German club to win the Bundesliga title and the DFB Cup as well as triumphing in the UEFA Champions League when they claimed all three crowns five years ago.

Jupp Heynckes was coach then, and the current Bayern boss has steered the club 11 points clear at the top of the table, and made safe progress in the DFB Cup and Champions League this season to make James optimistic of completing another clean sweep of the silverware.
‘So much quality’
“I think we’re in a position to be able to win all three trophies,” the Colombia international told Sport Bild. “When you have so much quality in a team, you can always dream of doing the treble.”
The uninspiring start to the season under Carlo Ancelotti had left Bayern fans concerned their team could end the campaign empty-handed. Heynckes’ return in early October has also meant a return to the top of domestic and European football for the Bavarian giants.

They have beaten RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund in their DFB Cup run so far, and on the continental stage, all but avenged the 3-0 group stage loss to Paris Saint-Germain with a 3-1 win over the French club in their final European outing of 2017.
Kimmich: ‘We can match anyone’
Bayern will continue their quest for a sixth European title when they face Turkish side Besiktas in the Last 16 next month, and will expect to make progress to the last eight.
“I think we have enough quality to be able to match any opponent in international games,” the versatile Joshua Kimmich explained.
